Located in the heart of the Camas Prairie near Cottonwood, Idaho, Cottonwood Butte is a beloved ski area among locals and tourists alike. The ski area’s 845-foot vertical drop is designed for intermediate, advanced, and expert skiers and snowboards, but a bunny slope offers a gentle 30-foot drop for the more tentative and inexperienced riders. With four major groomed runs and several powder trails, this is a great spot to get in some quick, adrenaline-fueling runs. Plus, Cottonwood Butte lift tickets are relatively inexpensive.
